Success of Graduates: UT Bachelor of Interior Architecture (formerly Interior Design)

Graduates of the School of Interior Architecture year after year achieve success in post-graduation employment and graduate school acceptance.

Job Placement: 

In a survey of alumni who graduated between 2015-2016, 69% indicated they had industry employment or graduate school acceptance prior to or at graduation.  All graduates were employed on average less than one month after graduation.

Acceptance into Graduate Programs: 

100% of students who graduated between 2015 and 2016 and applied to graduate schools were accepted into advanced degree programs. 

Graduation Rates: 

83% of the graduating students in 2015 and 81% of the graduating students in 2016 who successfully completed the first year of studies graduated from the School of Interior Design in four years.

Retention/Attrition: 

88% students enrolled in the first year of the program in 2015 and 2016 progressed to the second year of the program putting attrition at 12%.
