New Phone Number for Reporting Maintenance and Custodial Issues

Facilities Services New ONE CALL phone number is (865)-946-7777. When you discover obvious non-cost maintenance and custodial issues please report them to them directly to Facilities Services. For all other issues please contact Vanessa in the College office.

A+A Building Heat Under Repair

The current heating system is under repair. A new pump will be installed and requests for improvements with radiators has been made.

New Security System Installation Begins this Week

The new security system installation begins this week in A+A. As the project progresses and a date is set for new building access cards you will be updated. You may hear some drilling as conduit is installed. I have requested that drilling and noise be kept to a minimum during studio hours.

Continue Reporting Graffiti to Police

Thank you for assisting with calling when graffiti was found in the building last semester. Compared to previous semesters the number of incidents was very low and when discovered it has been removed. Please continue to call in and report graffiti to the police at 865-974-3114 when it is discovered. Facilities services will be contacted to remove the graffiti by the police.

McCarty Auditorium Seat and Accessibility Renovation Completed

Refurbishment of the seating and installation of the chair lift has been completed. Please DO NOT store any items in the chair lift/exit corridor. This area is to remain clear due to egress regulations and to allow for accessibly.
