September 14, 2020 Faculty Receive State Design Award

Two faculty members in the School of Architecture were recognized on Sept. 11, 2020, with an Award of Merit from the AIA Tennessee. Professors Tricia Stuth and Ted Shelton, along with alumna Christina Bouler and Mary French-Ewers, engineer of record, received the award on behalf of Stuth and Shelton’s professional practice, curb, for the project, Eclipse residence. The AIA Tennessee Design Awards program honors built works of distinction designed by members and brings public attention to architecture. The 2020 celebration was held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The College of Architecture and Design is a founding corporate sponsor of the AIA Tennessee.
