Join us for a public lecture by Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Neri&Hu, on Monday, Oct. 14, 2019.

Neri and Hu will present a lecture titled “Reflective Nostalgia” about how nostalgia can be problematic for some designers, but they strive to use nostalgia constructively.

Neri and Hu founded Neri&Hu Design and Research Office, an interdisciplinary international architectural design practice based in Shanghai, China, in 2004. They’ve won numerous awards and recognitions for their work, including the overall winners of the PLAN Award in 2018, EDIDA Designers of the Year in 2017, Interior Designers of the Year of the ICONIC Awards in 2017 by the German Design Council and more.

This lecture is funded by the Robert B. Church Memorial Lecture fund.

Unless otherwise noted, lectures begin at 5:30 p.m. in Rm. 109/McCarty Auditorium in the Art + Architecture Building, 1715 Volunteer Blvd. All are welcome.
