PARK(ing) Day

Students from all schools, Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape Architecture, have teamed up to design and build a temporary “park” or public space in a metered parking space in downtown Knoxville.  PARK(ing) Day is a global event that encourages cities to improve the quality of life in urban areas.

The UT design will reside in a parking space on Gay Street, near Maple Hall, 414 S. Gay Street, and will be available all day.
