Industry Partners Connect. Collaborate. Make a Difference.

A Promising Future

We envision a future of increased urgency to provide more innovative education for the best students through programs and opportunities that challenge the norm, so we see the need to establish long-term industry partners to ensure our successes with innovative programs and stability through times of economic downturn.

A Win-Win

Long-term industry partners provide major gifts and resources to support our important programs:

  • Design/Build Program
  • Professorships
  • Lecture Series
  • Studio Sponsorships
  • Other

Our partners serve on the college’s industry board to advise us on trends in the industry, network with a dozen other industry leaders and collaborate with us to bring the most worthwhile projects to our students.  Partners also offer insight to keep our curriculum relevant, so our graduates are ready to fill jobs in the industry, perhaps even in your company.

Long-Term Partnerships in Action

Collaborations support our innovation in the studio. . .and help students explore the world. Long-term partnerships involving endowments or major gifts help us expand our curriculum, advance design knowledge and prepare students for careers:

General Shale has been a partner for close to 40 years, and over that time, the company has provided $500,000 in gifts for

Crossville Inc.

In 2017, we welcomed industry partner, Crossville Inc., one of the world’s premiere tile manufacturers, who made a multi-year commitment to support an Interior Architecture studio and fund students to attend NeoCon each year.
