Michael Hatcher & Associates, a design/build construction company located in Memphis, Tennessee, is expanding and has an immediate position available in the Creative Design Division. This associate will need to be self-motivated, creative, possess excellent communication skills, and be willing to work long and hard while giving 100% effort.

Entry Level Designer
Work with team associates in procuring site inventory, elevations, grade and measurements to generate base plans
Assist team members in generating design plans and estimates for client presentations
Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task while working with team members on several projects in unison
Work seamlessly with senior architects/designers toward team and/or individual goals; this will provide experience with the profession and growth in designing, estimating, communicating, selling, and managing projects.
Develop graphic and design abilities while generating base maps, concept plans, and final design presentations
Gain insight and use all drawing and graphic programs utilized by Creative Design Division
Research new and updated software that may strengthen graphic and estimating capabilities
Update job boards and review project status
Ensure all pre-production meeting and job packets have been submitted to production department
