Dover Development, located in Knoxville, is seeking BSID and BARCH Interns for Summer 2016 to assist in multiple redevelopment projects: An historic hotel, The Farragut Hotel, with Hyatt Corporation; historic Knoxville High into senior apartments, and a 70 unit luxury assisted living new build at 8804 Northshore Drive. Responsibilities will range from project coordination, ffe, budget tracking, selections and delivery management.
