2020 Commencement: Fall Grads

Chancellor Donde Plowman announced on Oct. 2 that in-person commencement will take place between Nov. 19-22. These ceremonies, to be held in Thompson-Boling Arena, will celebrate spring, summer and fall 2020 graduates. Numbers of guests will be limited, and other safety measures will be in place.
- Fall 2020 graduates’ commencement is Nov. 21, 8 p.m.; graduates must RSVP for commencement by Oct. 23.
- Spring/summer 2020 graduates’ commencements are between Nov. 19-22; graduates must register to attend by Oct. 21. Check your UTK e-mail addresses for details and visit the UT Knoxville website.
