We knew our 51st year would challenge us. We wanted to ensure our next half-century was beginning with inspiration and passion. And we didn’t disappoint.
Our faculty, students and alumni made 2017 a banner year. We captured national and international acclaim, grew to have the largest freshman class in our history, welcomed new industry partners, saw more use of the advanced technology in our Fab Lab than ever, changed the name of our School of Interior Design to the School of Interior Architecture to better reflect the elevated work done there and so much more.
We spotlighted challenges, too, including purchasing the Fab Lab building, increasing student scholarships and adding more opportunities for students to have internships while in school.
We think we started our second half-century with a fresh focus on collaboration and exploration. We hope you agree.
Thank You
The annual report is not just a publication that shares our successes and challenges in a year, but it also is a chance for us to express our thanks to friends of the college. Thank you for your continued support and advocacy.
